Royal Palace Foam Factory, founded by the visionary entrepreneur Mr. Sugathan Janardhanan in the year 1996 to support and integrate the Sofa Manufacturing unit, is one of the flagship division of Royal Furniture Group in UAE.
Royal Furniture Group is a Leader in PU Foam & Mattress manufacturing in GCC region equipped with latest state of art machinery employing over 300 skilled workers and professional, Royal Foam owns its reputed Mattress Brands “Cooltech”, “Royal Rest” and “Comfy” besides manufacturing various private labels for the leading Retailers and OEM companies in the market.
Over 600 Dealers and exporting to all GCC Middle East countries with its own fleet of over 100 Pickups, Trucks and Jumbo Trailers, Royal Foam boast of strong Logistics and supply chain to service its customers at quick turnaround time.
The Quality and Technical team with the dedicated Customer Care section services the Customers to ensure their requirements are met to utmost perfection.

ABOUT OUR CEO:
Like most ambitious youth aspiring for a good career and willing to leave the comfort of their homes, Mr. Sugathan Janardhanan, left his native place Trivandrum,in Kerala, and went to Mumbai in the early ‘70’s, in search of a career. Mumbai was by default the stepping-stone to the Gulf for most Indians in those days. But he worked all of seven years in Mumbai before deciding that life surely had more in store for him and ventured abroad to the Gulf. After working in Furniture Company in Dubai for a decade, Sugathan decided to become a first generation entrepreneur and started a modest upholstery-making unit in Ajman in 1991.
By 1995 the company began trading by importing fabric and furniture. It was also the year that the first retail outlet of the company was set up. The next five years were a challenging period for the company but the best attribute Sugathan had was his resolve not to give up. By 2000, the business started looking up and the company opened showrooms in Sharjah and Ajman. Sugathan realized the benefit of vertical integration to harness the twin benefits of lower costs and quality control. But fundamental to his success was his policy of the ensuring that all his customers got excellent quality at affordable prices.
